We have improved the way that Trader’s Hide History functionality works, after listening to the voice of Traders regarding their strategy being ‘copied’ by other Traders/investors without although following them.
How it used to work?
Until now, a Trader could totally hide his trading history from his public page through his User Area Account > Public Profile tab.
By doing so, the following would happen:
- « Trading History » tab would not be visible on Trader’s public page for any user
- « Open Positions » tab would remain visible.
- « Export » functionality would not be offered as well.
How it works now?
From now on when a Trader selects to « hide his trading history » the following will apply:
- Trading History tab will remain available on Trader’s profile.
- Export functionality will remain available.
Moreover, the following columns will be hidden:
- Trading History: DATE OPEN, DATE CLOSED, OPEN/CLOSE
b. Open Positions: DATE OPEN, OPEN
Details
- In case a
Demo Trader
- hides his/her history (and export) this will be applicable to
- NOT logged-in users.
- In case a Live Trader hides his/her history (and export) this will be applicable for
- NOT logged-in users
- Demo Investors
- Traders and Affiliates
- Live Investors can normally see them
