We hope you have been keeping up with the features we have been introducing so far and that they have been proven useful to you! But even in case you have not, the aim of this blog is to keep you updated. Let’s see a couple of new additions:
1) Further information on your account added – available at a glance!
At the top of your account a summary table has always been available, where you could at a glance see critical information – your account Equity, (used) Margin as well as the Free Margin. Well, recently we have thought that this was not enough and we have added 2 more fields: Balance and PnL:
The Balance, as opposed to the Equity, is the net value of an account when no trades are open; in other words it is the sum of all deposits/withdrawals made plus/minus the profit/loss of all trades so far closed in the account.
In case there is any Credit available at your account another icon will appear next to the Equity indication and hovering the cursor over it you will be able to see all information regarding it.
Lastly, PnL stands for Profit and Loss and in that section you will be able to see exactly that, the total monetary amount gained or lost in your account since inception.
Note: some of the information above may not be available for all Broker accounts.
2) Further choose what kind of orders your account will receive
It has happened in the past: a Trader that interests you is doing great with his/her market trades but not so great with his/her pending orders; or your account has lost some good BUY trades because too many SELL positions were open, taking much of your margin. With that in mind we have though to give you further control to choose the orders you wish to receive: all orders, no matter the type? Only Market orders? Only Buy trades? No problem! Just go to the Settings tab of your account, access the Advanced settings per currency menu, click on Type and choose any entry from the available drop-down menu! Simple as that! And you may choose a different setting for each currency pair! The possibilities are endless!
